rosevoice - Teaching Healthy Technique, Classical & Contemporary Styles

Gina Rose has been teaching voice for well over a decade.

Particular interests include:

  • The development of healthy technique
  • Freedom of sound
  • Performance skills
  • Performance Psychology
  • Storytelling & dramatic authenticity
  • Integrity and stylistic understanding in the interpretation of text and music
  • Developing aural skills in singers across a range of musical genres.

Gina teaches most ages and all abilities, from the beginner and hobby-singer through to advanced students & local artists.  She also occasionally runs workshops & masterclasses with local Theatre Companies, Choral Groups and Schools.
Lessons can be weekly, fortnightly or on a flexible basis according to both the clients needs, and timetable availabilities.  Lessons are catered to the individual, and are intended to be informative, relaxed, encouraging & fun. A typical lesson involves vocal warm-up and technique building exercises which are then applied to repertoire.
The business is based on the belief that the client experience is of the utmost importance.
As a result, a high percentage of new clientele are referred from a significant and committed ongoing student base.
